Many thanks to Scott Fruehwald for his thoughtful, insightful, and frankly flattering review of my Discovery Practice book in the Skills & Values Series (Lexis, 2010). I am blushing over here.
There is not much to add, except it seems to me Scott captured the book exactly as I intended it to be, and that I hope it actually is. And his suggestion of its use in a course combining discovery and products liability is a brilliant one.
